Pylesville, MD - It is with great sorrow to announce the Line of Duty Death of Harford County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Ian Loughran.

Sgt. Loughran, 43, unknowingly suffered a heart attack symptoms during the services for Cpl. Licato on Wednesday and died Thursday morning at his home. Sgt. Loughran was a 16 year veteran of the department and was assigned to the Police Services Bureau, Patrol Division at the Northern Precinct.

Ian was well known by the company members through incidents in the first due.
