Darlington, MD - It is with great sadness to announce the Line of Duty Death of Harford County Sheriff's Office Corporal Charles Licato.

Cpl. Licato was killed in a single vehicle crash on Route 1, in Darlington, shortly before 0230hrs this morning. Cpl. Licato had served with the Harford County Sheriff's Office for 14 years and was assigned to the Warrant Apprehension unit.
