At 1551hrs. Whiteford Volunteers were dispatched for a Haz. Mat. spill at the intersection of Whiteford & Kerr roads. Chief 6 was on-scene and reported a bulldozer overturn and leaking various fluids. At 1556hrs. E611 called en-route and arrived at 1558hrs. Crews found an overturn bulldozer that had rolled off the trailer after chains broke. The crew contained all hazards. Units cleared at 1624hrs.
